Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing their business operations by utilizing their expertise in data analysis, market research, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will also have experience in mergers and acquisitions, enabling them to contribute effectively to our sales growth strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing sales data, including revenue, market trends, and buyers’ feedback, to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimizing sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
• Conducting in-depth market research to uncover trends, supply and demand shifts, and economic factors influencing real estate values, with a focus on growth opportunities in Mascot and Glebe across residential and commercial sectors.
• Preparing regular sales analysis reports and providing actionable, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and expand the client base in high-demand demographics.
• Monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies, ensuring compliance with NSW property regulations and aligning with market conditions.
• Analyzing property data, including sales comparisons and feature evaluations, to highlight unique selling points and optimize service offerings.
• Assessing potential risks associated with market expansion and operational integration, developing effective mitigation strategies to maintain financial stability and drive sustainable growth.
• Evaluating potential acquisition opportunities for sales growth, including financial, operational, and market viability, while developing integration strategies and providing advisory support to align acquisitions with business objectives, drive revenue, and mitigate risks.
• Analyze key financial metrics to evaluate sales performance, track profitability of real estate transactions, and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Optimize budget allocation for sales and marketing activities, recommending cost-saving measures while maintaining effective client engagement and service quality.
• Streamline internal processes across entities to enhance property management efficiency and support sales objectives.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer experience, retention, and satisfaction, using data-driven insights to tailor property solutions and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economic, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience
• Proven expertise in sales analyst, risk management, strategy development, operational improvement, and market analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and real estate software.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution expertise.
• Project management and leadership skills.
